Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Vows Strong Response to Hamas Attacks
In a statement on Sunday, Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed his resolve to counter Hamas, which he accused of seeking the destruction of Israel and targeting innocent civilians. He declared that Israel's Defense Forces (IDF) would use their full strength to dismantle Hamas's infrastructure and retaliate against the violence.
Netanyahu's statement came after a tragic day that saw innocent citizens, including children and the elderly, killed in the attacks. He referred to Hamas's actions as "brutal and evil" and stressed the government's commitment to defending its people.
The prime minister urged the residents of Gaza to evacuate the area as the IDF prepared to take decisive action against Hamas. He underscored that Israel would target the locations where Hamas operates and turn them into rubble to prevent further attacks.
Netanyahu concluded by extending condolences to the families affected by the violence and reaffirmed Israel's determination to ensure the safety and security of its citizens in the face of the ongoing conflict with Hamas.
